The Jacksonville Bar Association Lawyer referral service
For a charge of $50.00, the lawyer referral service will refer you to a lawyer who will provide up to a 30 minute consultation to answer your questions. If, after your consultation, you decide that you do need further services of a lawyer, you may retain the lawyer you have consulted or some other lawyer of your choice. The nature and extent of the fee which you may be charged for any additional services are a matter of negotiation between you and your lawyer.

Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Program
The child support enforcement program provides free representation to parents or others caring for children without the help of the other parent. Its services include: filing new child support cases, regardless of whether the parents are married or divorced; establishing paternity and providing paternity testing in contested cases; collecting child support; and modifying child support, including both increases and decreases.
